About KBExact
Direct answer: KBExact is built and maintained by Abdul Hannan, of AH Digital Studio, Pakistan. It exists because exam and visa portals demand exact file sizes — and reject real applications over a single kilobyte — while most compression tools offer vague quality sliders, upload your documents to their servers, and quote portal specifications they never verified.
The rules this site runs on
- Your files never leave your device. All processing is client-side, in your browser. There is no upload server.
- Presets only from official sources. Every portal specification we publish names the official notification it was read from and the date we checked it. If we have not verified it, the page says so instead of guessing.
- Honest results. Every result report states the method used — re-encode, resize, rasterise, or (disclosed, last-resort) padding. If a target cannot be reached, the tool tells you instead of handing you a file that will fail.
- No invented numbers. No fake user counts, no fake ratings, no testimonials. The tools either work or they do not.
- Free to use. The site is supported by advertising placed outside the tools' working areas — never between your file and your download.
