Direct answer: KBExact's tools are free to use for fitting files to size specifications. They are provided as-is. Meeting a published size specification does not guarantee a portal will accept your file or your application — the portal is the only judge of that, and checking the current official notification for your own application remains your responsibility.
Using the tools
- You may use the tools for your own files, free of charge, for personal, educational and commercial paperwork alike.
- Do not use the tools to falsify documents. Fitting a genuine photo, signature or document to a size specification is legitimate; altering what a document says is not our purpose and not permitted here.
- Preset values are read from official sources and dated, but specifications change between cycles. Always confirm the current official notification for the application you are submitting.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We work to keep the engine correct and the presets current, and we say so plainly when a target cannot be reached or a spec is unverified — but we are not liable for a rejected application, a missed deadline, or any loss arising from use of this site. If an error in a preset is pointed out with its official source, we will correct it and re-date the check.
Intellectual property
The site's text and design belong to the operator, Abdul Hannan (AH Digital Studio), Pakistan, except the open-source libraries listed on the licence page, which belong to their authors under their stated licences. Your files remain entirely yours; nothing you process here grants us any right over them — we never receive them in the first place.
