Photo & Signature Resizer
Direct answer: pick your portal (or type its window and dimensions from your notification), crop with the locked-aspect guide, and KBExact produces a photo or signature at the exact pixel dimensions, landed inside the exact KB window. In your browser — your photo is never uploaded.
🔒 Your face and signature are the last things that should be uploaded to a stranger's server. They are not: processing is 100% on your device.
Window + dimensions, together
Exam portals — SSC, UPSC, IBPS, RRB and others — judge a photo on size window and pixel dimensions at the same time. This tool locks the crop to the required aspect ratio, outputs exactly the required width and height, and then fits the bytes into the window. Preset pages with the verified spec tables live at SSC, UPSC, IBPS and RRB; the full list is on the portal presets page. For ordinary photos with no dimension rule, the batch image compressor is faster. Rejected anyway? See why portals reject files.
Questions
Why is a photo/signature job different from normal compression?
Because the portal checks three things at once: the file must sit inside a KB window (not just under a maximum), and it must have exact pixel dimensions. A normal compressor only solves the first problem and can hand you a file that is the right size but the wrong shape.
My portal rejected my photo for being too SMALL. How?
Many exam portals set a minimum as well as a maximum — a window. A very efficient phone export can fall under the minimum. This tool works to the window, enlarging honestly when the file starts below it.
Where do the preset numbers come from?
Each published preset is read from the official notification and shows its source and the date we checked it. Where we have not finished verifying a portal, the preset runs in manual mode and the page says so — we never copy numbers from other tool websites, because those pages contradict each other.
My photo is smaller than the required dimensions. What then?
The tool will upscale it to the exact dimensions and tell you it did. Portals may reject upscaled photos, so a larger original is safer — the warning is in the report, never hidden.
Can you clean up my signature background?
Not in this version, and be wary of tools that promise it: some portals reject processed signatures. Photograph your signature on plain white paper in good light instead.
